"A scary kind of ghost" drawn in the orientation seen here, although the oo-dah is actually standing erect. Griffin explains "he's just standin' there on a telephone wire", similar to birds seen recently in similar poses. Resting near the oo-dah's feet is a "pile of his dirty skin" removed by the oo-dah either prior to or during a bath.
The line cutting through the torso is part of a speech bubble surrounding the head and represents the utterance "BOO!".
